I am Laural Gagnon living on the West Coast of British Columbia on the Territory of the Tla’amin Nation. I am a recent student of Regenerative Soil and Regenerative Soil Microscopy with a keen interest in Purple Non Sulphur Bacteria (PNSB) and Biochar. I have studied under Matt Powers and have many mentors from the Regenerative World. They include generational farmers, Soil Food Web alumni and other citizen scientists. My goal is to produce high quality biochar and use PNSB to enhance the microbial biome of the soil to grow nutritionally dense food and help mitigate climatic change.
